\((2)\) 若\(b_{1}\),\(b_{2}\),\(…\),\(b_{k}\)成等比数列,公比\(q\)是大于\(1\)的整数,\(b_{1}=10\),\(b_{2}\leqslant 20\),且\(b_{1}+b_{2}+…+b_{k} > 2 017\),求正整数\(k\)的最小值.
